We've used the "Odor Gone" spray on our cushions which we found more
effective that Febreeze (no affiliation, just a satisfied customer:
http://www.odorgone.com). The stuff is a little pricey, but it did seem
to help neutralize the lingering odors.

I had that last year and I found all kinds of stuff growing in the water
filter. After I chlorinated the system and changed the filter all was well.

return and you are done. I do this with every piece of paper in my life, and

you might try a demo copy of Devon Think. It has OCR that, depending on your
handwriting, turn the hand written notes into searchable text.

That is correct. You give up the constraints / neatness of database, for
rapid scanning & filing (1 minute) of all of your life's papers.

I use a viking 16 pump. No back flow, no clogs. All gray water drains to a
johnson pump waste tank then out though the thru hull 1 foot above the water
line. Shower drains are about 1 ft above the top of the tank. Gotta love the

Whatever way you lift it, do it slowly so the water has time to drain out.
Recently heard of a sunken catamaran lifted too quickly via crane,
and the weight of the water twisted the hull-deck structure and did a lot
of damage.

Given regulations in FL, it may not be legal for that marina owner to
"clean the bottom" in his marina. He may have to get a dredging permit,
which last I heard was very difficult to get.
