Yes, sorry, this is tremendously confusing. Windows calls the file "qt_pt.qm" Ubuntu calls this file "pt_br.qm". There are several issues with localization from my testing. Some are confusing and some are bugs that need fixing. My hunch is QT handles Windows locale slightly differently than Ubu
