Be careful with Matrox G450 / G550 dualhead cards, they are not fully supported with Linux. I know for example that TV-out is not possible. There is a forum on the Matrox web site dedicated to linux where you can find some information :

Depending on the dhcp server. I assume you mean that the server that you want to give an IP address for is on a different server. I'm not sure exactly. But one way to do this would be to run multiple dhcpd on different Ethernet devices. Running different dhcpd.conf on each eth device would
