Could be iptables rule getting in the way.
Do this:
iptables -L
see if you have anything more than the 3 'ACCEPT' rules.
Also, make sure tftpd is listening by doing this:
netstat -anp | grep ":69 "

i have a problem when the diskless machine is starting up. It find the DCHP
server, but it have a problem when it does tftp request of the kernel.

I am trying to configure a laptop to boot as an LTSP light workstation. I have
a desktop Linux machine installed with DHCP that works.
The problem is that the laptop has a PCMCIA Cardbus D-Link DFE 690TXD. I know
that I cannot use ethernetboot and I have to use the wiireless package.

There is a ltsp_wireless package.
The trick about doing wireless, is that you can't load the kernel over
the network. It must be booted locally, from a floppy, harddisk or
flash disk.
