Hi Norman,
With floppyd on the clients and mtools on the server, type:
floppy:/a
in a Konqueror window.
That sounds easy. I'll install the things and see what happens when I
have more time.
Thanks so far!

Hi Mihai,
You need to write the bootrom with a suitable image (see Rom-o-Matic
and docs).
I guess it's a PROM - not rewritable. And I don't have a prommer yet.
You can (theoretically) do with using this bootrom, but you must build
a customized kernel - see http://www.linuxdocs.org/HOWTOs/Diskless-H
I have tried using quotes, and this is the ISO installation. (Double
checked that rdesktop was in /usr/bin on the workstation).
Thank you for the suggestions. I'm really stumped..
Is there a way to log the output of the xinit ?

I have also had errors with the -f and -F in the screenscript...should

Has anyone encountered this issue? There doesn't seem to be that ma

David,
All,
I would just like to share my experiences using yum "upgrade" to upgrade
from Fedora Core 1 to Fedora Core 2. I had K12LTSP with Fedora Core 1
installed:
Don't know if the first step is necessary, but did it anyway:

Hello,
I am beginning to look into LTSP and I think it's a great thing (I
have test installed a server and it works brilliantly) but I find it
hard to adjust to this paradigm.
So if anybody knows any good books/documentation/how-to's/guides/etc.

Hi,
I've got one 3com EtherLink III card here with a boot PROM. It's an ISA
PNP and according to the DOS software I downloaded from 3com's site to
adjust it, everything works fine. I activated the boot PROM, and the
test program says it's ok. The boot PROM is labeled Bootware v1.0, 1992,
