Just run the ltspcfg utility, and have it create the /etc/exports file
for you.

What kind of NICs do you have? This will determine if you use PXE,
etherboot, or both.
Yes, you adapt your dhcpd.conf for PXE and/or etherboot.
By the way, have you read any documentation? You can find a lot at
ltsp.org and the new wiki.
