Here's my situation. I've got 2 different teris of users. One set
needs a graphical interface and one set really does not. Is there a way
I can configure ltsp so that person a gets "SCREEN_01 = shell" and
another gets "SCREEN_01 = StartX : SCREEN_02 = telnet"?

Ben,
can you show us your dhcpd.conf file?
I'm wondering if you have a 'next-server' entry that is pointing the pxe

I'm getting ready to replace our ltsp machine at work here.
The setup is rather like this:
user (luser) ---> ltsp machine (graphical user) ---> server (collection

PXE-E11- ARP timeout
PXE-E11- ARP timeout

For a USB printer, you should be specifying:
PRINTER_0_TYPE = U
If you do that, you won't need to specify the 'printer' module.
Also, you shouldn't need to specify usb-uhci, because it should already

Once you make those changes, th
I set up a linux terminal server (using LTSP-4.1) on a FC3 linux box.
PXE booting works very well and when system is loaded into client
memory, users can log into the terminal server.
I have a lot of problems with an usb printer (hp deskjet 3550) attached
to a workstation: simply...it doesn't pr
