Just been tidying up a few issues with my rc.local script, as we run local
apps here on our workstations and have been investigating some very slow
bootup pauses on the ltsp clients.
We run Redhat 7.3 , kernel 2.4.18, on our servers and workstations. Actually
our configuration is a hang
ons and if this LDAP data
is able to be mirrored out to remote sites, that would be cool.
If I can help in any way, to get this feature working in LTSP ( with local
app support ), please let me know.

day trying to work things out.
First off, my problem yesterday, with no xdm display on the workstation ,
even though X was starting OK. The fix was in /etc/X11/xdm/kdmrc This was
