proper dhcpd.conf file, you can edit it yourself.
Take a look at
http://www.LTSP.org/instructions-3.0.html
Near the bottom of that document it shows an example
of what your dhcpd.conf file should look like.

I'm trying to install LTSP 3.0 on my Suse 7.1 al rpm's run Ok but I have
some problems
1. ltsp_initialize did not work properly because de dhcp.conf.example was
not created i think this shell has a bug
2. DHCP service not start
