At least one school in Belgium uses LTSP. I

We are a small boarding secondary school (about 230 students). We are
using LTSP exclusively in our student labs and around campus. We finish
our first full school year with LTSP in a couple days. I can report HUGE
success.
As for demo's, I have my laptop set up as an LTSP server.

Make sure and show a comparison of per seat license costs with windows
terminal services. $0 vs. $500 or more per seat was pretty effective in
convincing me to move. And dont get me started on SERVER license costs.
We have about 60 terminals spread across 5 locations.
