Thanks Veerapuram, I am now able to boot but cannot bring up the X-login screen. I get past it if i set the 'SCREEN_01' to shell, i can see: Inside of /etc/screen.d/shell tty= /dev/vc/1 bash-2.05b# But when 'SCREEN_01' is set to startx, it goes blank. Any suggestions and help is higly apprecia

Good day to everybody, I've installed ltsp and i am able to boot but cannot get past the login screen. The monitor in my client shows the following before disappearing into oblivion and the LEDs in my monitor starts to blink: syslogd: cannot write to remote filehandle on192.168.0.9:514 Scanning
