I have a question regarding Ennemond Gaultier. In the cd liner notes of the Vieux Gaultier cd of Hopkinson Smith it says that he created his performance of the Chaconne ou Cascade de Mr. Launnay from two versions. I am aware of the standard Saizenay version of the Chaconne which is also found
