No, no, no... All you need to do is define the glymph that LyX uses. Since it doesn't have an epsilon, then it should display varepsilon, this being "good enough" for the screen. The latex output will still use epsilon. Someone on this list will know how to do that! Anyone? Angus On

If the code quoted is typical then it could all be replaced by XlookupColorn which returns the closest and exact colour XLookupColor(dipslay, colour map, colorname, exact_ef_retrurn, scrren_def_retrun) Returns: 0 on mailure, non zero on success .Possible errors are BadName (invalid colour)
