LyX 2.3.5 Tarballs, Again

Revised tabarlls (minor packaging issues) are now at: http://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/devel/lyx-2.3/ The changes affect only the Windows and OSX builds, so there is no need to re-do any others. (I did not bother with a new number, either, since the old ones were never released and were only up for an

Nice work! I'm going to build the 2.3.5 tarball probably today. I'll use the old installer for the official one, but we can release 'testing' installers built from this code, as well (including the 64 bit binary). We can advertise those just on the lists, as we did the last time. That should get u
