For anyone else who used the unofficial Windows installer and now gets
the error messages
The layout file requested by this document x.layout is not usable...
please see my bug report for the fix.

Never mind, it turned out to be just some sort of a delay. I've just
received a 'Please confirm your message' mail, so in the end
