I put a .layout file for the siamltex class (SIAM = Society for
Industrial and Applied Mathematics) under
http://mathematik.htwm.de/tmp/siamltex.layout
This fits more or less to Paul Duggan's LaTeX class found e.g. under
ftp://ftp.dante.de/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/other
Since nobody complained during the last week or so I hereby officially
ask for inclusion of siamltex.layout found under
http://mathematik.htwm.de/tmp/siamltex.layout
I am pretty sure it does not break anything and does not add any
memory leaks ;-)
