dotted symbols within brackets

I would like brackets are not resized when a dot is added to its contents. Brackets in the (math mode) expression | \phi > get larger when \phi is changed to \dot\phi, in order to accomodate a bigger symbol. I would like the whole symbol | \phi > be affected by the dot, so that brackets

color character on printing

I have some questions on how to create a layout: what I want is a Title page with a Title, author, no date and some other data, I also want to be able to use chapters but without a label saying for example chapter 1. I hope someone knows how to do this. -- Maarten C. K

subscripts alignment

I noticed that subscripts, in math mode, are not aligned at the same level. In postscript and dvi translation of the expression (math mode) r_a - r_b subscripts a and b lay on different lines, b being on the lower one. how to fix that ugly rendering? thank you for your help Pol -- Paolo Pum

Hi all, I've installed lyx-1.0.4-1 and xforms-0.88.1-69 rpms on my RH6.0 with no problems, but when I try to run lyx I get the error: lyx: error in loading shared libraries: libforms.so.0.88: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Does anybody know what happens? Thanks in adv
