It didn't really have a wooden case, it was just sold as the PCB. All the
wood cases you see are custom period.
The sol on the other hand did sell with wooden sides.

There is no fix. That is leaking liquid crystal. Even if you could somehow
remove it, its needed to allow the screen to function.
You're gonna need a new screen, no way around it.

really irks me when people respond like that we're talking about
history that is literally disappearing before our eyes and some people who
claim to be fans or preservers or what have you - just cannot be bothered
and it is infuriating and really sad.

Yup. I iknew it would be difficult but i did it anyway... ive got the
brother rebadge. I opened it to check the belt.
Any tips or suggestions on getting everything back together? Just the
case/button/cover itself, not the internal drive.
Most obliged
I love that someone has thoroughly investigated this, what a fun read!

Anyone have any idea the colour of the M100?
Apple II colour has been well established and figured out, but I am
wondering if anyone has done the detective work to determine a modern match
for the M100?

I just picked up a TPDD and wanted to try to interface this myself.
I'm also in Ontario!

I'm pretty impressed with how many thingiverse M100 items there are!
I would have loved to see that case top completed however!
I am very tempted to print out some of these items this week just to try
them out :)
I really like the DB25 serial connector enclosure, it gives me an idea...
On Sun, A
take advantage of the unit's contemporary modules.
