Reducing the stress in the
situation was most useful. Talking calmly, being
reassuring, asking if there is some way of BEING
HELPFULL are way better ways to approach people who
are obviously having problems.
Yes, you are right on. I agree 100 %. I don't have to
take on the problems, I let them go through a process
and they do the work And they get well. Well, those
who want to. I let those who don't want to be where
and what they want to be, be. I still respect and
