If your are in contact with the developer, would you tell them, that there are
a number of unlabeled buttons, and the buttons does not have any help tag too.
I have tried to get in contact with the developer, but that is not an easy
thing at the moment.

your iMac by going to Menu, going to file, and arrowing down to Save As. then
you tell it where to save it. You have to do it with each individual email

iMap is another way of forwarding your emails to a Mail client, a bit like POP.
iMap tends to get all the mail from the server, whereas POP just gets the
newest mail. With iMap too, it deletes the mail off the server when deleting
the mail from the client.

with the imac i think we could get it back but not sure how we'd go about it
but i emagain it can't be difficult to do back up things like the skype
application on to your memory stick as well. i'd use your imac till tomorrow if
your not confedant about sorting it and we'll do it tomorrow.

If you have your operating system DVD to hand, just do a clean install by
booting off the DVD then using Disk utility to erase the drive. Go through the
install until you are prompted to restart the machine. At that prompt, when
you hear the power on cord, just hit the power button and
