Hello Dónal, Yes, of course there are styles in Pages. Press Cmd-Shift-t to open the styles drawer. There you'll find 3 lists, paragraph styles, list styles and character styles. There are 8 hotkeys available to be associated with styles. You only need to be in the paragraph to apply a style

Courtney The iPad II is a better machine by far if you have the option. It's faster, slimmer, more compact and has a lot more in terms of functionality. You might also be very glad you bought an iPad II soon, if you opt to go that root. It has a faster processor and it handles multitasking
