It's called SArchiver. I bought it when it was on sale for 19 dollars and what
a deal that was. and what a program. I do 2 youtube videos on it but I'm sure
the program has changed since.

I use talkbox for the same purpose. You cannot text but it works great and you
can record for up to 3 minutes if you want to whold down yoru finger for tha
tlong. the only thingI hated though was it went in to handset mode when you did
not want it to and getting it out was a bare. I now use
Voxer Walkie Talkie does not go into handset mode. I believe you can
tell it to though but by default it goes to speakerphone.
