Hi Shaun,
A couple IOS versions ago I experienced a situation where I was unable to
pair until I cleared out all items from the task switcher. Since then, when
anything FUBARs, my initial step is to clear that puppy.
Secondly, I believe the keyboard is only in pairing mode for a few seconds
Hi Shaun,
One further suggestion to add to Geoff's excellent suggestions: you mention
that the keyboard is the same one as you get with an iMac. Is it possible that
your keyboard is still paired with an iMac or other computer or device? I
mention this because if your Apple Wireless Keyboard
Hi Dane,
Thunderbolt is Apple's next-generation I/O Technology. It works with
high-resolution displays and high-performance devices through a single port on
the back of the iMac. MacBook Pros, MacBook Airs and even Mac Minis have these
now. It has a connection of 10GB/S both ways, but you'll
And also I will add!
Just in case this is the situation!
I was having the same trouble until I found out I was trying to pair the
keyboard that is paired to my Imac! another flick showed me another keyboard
and that was the one I needed to pair with!
The first keyboard said the same thing as
I think it may depend on how old the IMac keyboard is.
I know the the older model Apple keyboards are definitely not compatible with
the I-Phone as the one I bought as a replacement came with the warning that it
was not compatible with an I Pod or I Phone.
Technically I think the keyboard
I finally got it to pair. took one or two swear words, a bit of
patients, of which I had none, at that point, and it worked.

Hello
Is anyone using a BrailleSense Plus with IOS5.1? Since I upgraded to IOS5.1 I
have lost input from the keyboard of my BrailleSense Plus. The Braille display
reads fine, but there's no keyboard input or cursor movement from the
BrailleSense. I've tried everything I can think of.
How exactly do I set this up? I tried to do it a few days ago when my
computer was temporarily out of order due to an error on my part. Anyway
it didn't work. I'm obviously missing a step. Please advise. Thanks!

I hope we can because I purchased it. It's a little tricky for their dvds
sometimes, but know some windows users that have had some trouble with them
too. For streaming better plan on listening to it or wathing it once it starts
because it might be difficult to control because of it being

Can I do this from the mac or do I have to delete from the i device side? I've

I don't know if there is a keyboard cmd to max a window.I don't think there is.
Also for showing a keyboard list of menu commands just listen for them when you
navigate the menus.
Take care.

Spot on. The Macbook air is Apple's answer to a netbook.

You sure? I've never heard of a thign like that. It should just boot up in 32
bit mode. If in doubt hold down 3 and 2 at boot up and see if it it does boot
in to 32 bit mode. It will take a bit longer the first time you do that.
Take care.
