Apple MacBook Air SuperDrive MacBook Pro Don't Get Along Together!

2012-06-17 Thread Mrs. Lynnette Annabel Smith
Hello everybody Just a quick question. I have a MacBook Pro 13' and a MacBook Air Superdrive. I cannot get the MacBook Pro to see the external superdrive at all, no matter what I do. In fact it doesn't even appear to be powering up. Is this expected behaviour? The superdrive isn't faulty

Hi Lynne, You can do this three different ways. I'll outline these below. The first option seems to automatically assume you want to create a group for that particular user, despite you'll only be changing the permissions for the Admin group and not creating a new group that's under your

I remember reading somewhere on the apple site that the super drive only works on certain computers, namely, the mini and macbook air, it does not work on others. Doesn't make much sense, but apple does not always make sense with the choices they make. On Jun 17, 2012, at 3:26 AM, Mrs. Lynnette
