also i note when i read a sample of an already available title, i can not from

yes i do. i get samples easily for currently available titles yet for some
reason none are available for pre-order.

I think again this is a restriction imposed by apple. As I think was
explained before Apple will not allow in app purchases of books unless
Amazon are prepared to pay them 30% of the book price.

they can put the command after the word in the help menu. So when you
arrow down you'll get "Reply Cmd R" But kind of doubt they'll do that

Not that I'm aware of. I just look in the computer table from the finder using
cmd shift c and if it is there the connection was successful. Same when I eject
a drive before unplugging it.

I have downloaded the app for Google Play books as it said it has VO
support. It does read the page of the book, but whenever I try and turn the
page, it skips a number of pages. For example, it jumped from page 5 to
page 20. When I did a bit of reading about the app, it said it had
17 matches
