Hello Ian,
Pages can give you the character count with or without spaces, word count,
paragraph count and page count. Go to the View menu to find this.

Hi All, I have made adjustments to my contacts on my iPhone and on my iPad

and a BT one, I had to enter my password for my BT e-mail each time I made an

I have already put instructions on how to do this on list a few times, most
recently just before Christmas but briefly again.
1. Find an mp3 file in Finder.
2. Bring up file properties with command I.
3. tab into the scroll area until you find the open with button.
4. Navigate across the open

Hi Anne and others,
is there any way to tell pages to just save in word as the default? It
seems even when I try to save a .dox file Pages insists on making it into a
pages file unless I go through export every time. this is pretty time
consuming.
is there a fast way to open then
No there is not. I do this with pdfs all the time and it's very quick and easy
to do. The reason for pdfs is the user cannot modify thefile.

Hi David
Many thanks for your explanation with regards to stopping ITunes automatically
