Hello
There were two links at the end of the article you needed to press. Read it
again closely. One was for the installation instructions, and the other was for
the app files themselves, though I do recall the link was worded a bit funny.
But basically that second link after the installation

This avoids the need to turn on Mouse keys. It doesn’t work in pop overs but it
does work for renaming tables.
I set the
VoiceOver is reading footnotes for me too. I could not, however, find a way to
insert an endnote.
I am running Pages version 5.5 (2109). I did just get a message that an update
is available, but now I’m worried that you might have the updated version,
Sarah. I don’t want to lose access to
This was with the old version before this one to. Incerting end notes is

Hello Nick,
The version of Pages that came out this week does not break footnotes! I just
tested it. You can still rename tables, too.

Oh nice. How do you rename a table/ I tried a control click but did not see,
unless I missed it, a rename function.
On the subject of foot notes I hope that recording helped. I can see them in
the document but they don't show up as numbers, they sho up as nothing as you
can see.

Thanks, Anne. After reading your email I updated Pages and can also confirm
footnotes are still working for me too. I’m sure you’re right that tables can
still be renamed using the mouse key method, but I’ve found that difficult
enough at the best of times and failed to manage it just then
I'm beginning to suspect something else in my system is corrupted. as for me my
foot notes, end notes do not read at all. and they did under mavericks. I'm
guessing at least for me a clean install is needed. bleh! They do show up
according to my prof and they are correct. so for now I'll just
Hello Sarah,
I’m not having this problem. VoiceOver reads for footnote2 link Footnote 2”.
Of course, VO doesn’t actually recognise what it calls links as links, so the
next link command doesn’t work.
I’m running Yosemite version 10.10 (14A389) also.

Hmm. I reinstalled pages and I left and right arrow and I hear my sentence,,
the parenthetical citation then a space then nothing which is my end note. This
is odd. I think the problem for me has always been there and I do have my
verbosity set the same as it was set in mavericks. This is an
Hello to all. I've got a bug for you all to reproduce.
1. Launch pages
2. Start a new document
3. Start typing and then insert a foot note, or end note
4. notice that the end note/foot note numbers do not read. I just hear what I
like to classify as a nothing, that is, voice over does not say
