I know there is a bluetooth protocol that is necessary for this to happen, and
not all devices support that protocol. I think it is “a2dp” or something like
that, and it allows for VO along with other audio to carry over the device
simultaneously without manual intervention.

I’ll preface this by saying that I think I must be missing something pretty
fundamental as what I’m about to ask is, to my mind, a very basic requirement.
I have a pair of bluetooth headphones which I can quite happily pair with my
MacBook using the latest Yosemite.I can then he
