I have no agenda here, I just want complete information. It occurs to me after
reading this thread that a lack of precision and attention to details make us

Don't think that would work if the iTunes app is crashing on some people trying
to launch it fem siri would not work as it would probably just crash. What I
would do is try restoring your phone to new, keeping a back up so you can later
restore to that, then try launching the iTunes store from t
What would be obvious would be to open the iTunes app and save your snark for
Siri but I guess you have to use what you have. Good luck.

Yes. I omitted to say go to the Apple website, because it is my default Safari
webpage, but I still thought from the subject we were talking about, and the
mention of all things Apple, It would have been pretty obious. My mistake to
credit people with maore than they have -

I would guess that they aren't aware what Safari is by the previous responses.
Could it in fact be the apple page? Perhaps this was suggested but I couldn't
go that far back through the thread.

Andy, as you know, Safari is a web browser. My Safari web browser is set my own
blog there are no links for iPad iPod etc. Can you tell me at what website this
should be done? It can be much simpler if you will tell me the correct details.
What website are you on when you do this?

It's the Apple website. It opens there by default when I tap Safari. Maybe
others have different websites loading when they tap on Safari, but maybe
swiping past iPad Ipod Iphone to iTuens give a bit of a clue? -

Andy,
The missing piece of the puzzle is the address of the website you are loading
before you start swiping past ipad, ipod, iphone, etc. I've paraphrased your
instructions in steps 1 and 3 below and inserted a "Step 2" Where I'm hoping
you might take a moment to tell us which web address Safa

I can't tell you anything more. It's very strait forward if you follow what I
offered. Here it is again:
Tap Safari on your phone, and then just swipe past the first few links for
iPad, Ipod and Iphone, and the next one will be iTunes, double tap it. It
couldn't be much more simple than
It's a pretty big web out there Andy, is there any particular website I should
go to? I don't mean to sound like a wiseguy, but This is what I'm talking about
when I ask for particulars.

have you tried estoring your phone to see if that would work as well? I
accidentally resorted mine (don't ask) and some of the bugs have been fixed.
Take care.

Yes, I've tried that. I have now got in to the store, but had to go the Safari
route, but having done that, I can now click the iTuen store icon and get in
that way as well. Strange eh! -

iPhone, it refuses to open, and VO just says double tap to open. Everything
else seems to be ok. All apps and ios versions are up to date. Any thoughts? -
