OK let's see what can be done here.
you say that when you try to make system changes and need to lock or unlock and
it asks for a password. stupid question but did you try just hitting enter on
the password. there's a chance there's no password but it always asks for one
as normal, no matter wh
Unfortunately I do not have any softwre or backup. He apparently did reformate
and rreinstall things. I wish I knew now what I did not when I got the lap top.
I love the mac now but feel awkward about this password thing.
