I don't think it's possible to use Braille displays or Braille devices with
Voiceover simply because VOiceover only supports bluetooth and Braille displays
through a USB connection. Jaws does only support Braille through serial
connections which is being converted to U

I thought I'd weigh in on this topic. As someone who has had trouble with her
HumanWare Braille display, I can safely say that it is possible to use a
braille display with VoiceOver. I have had some troubles hooking up my
BrailleNote because the version of Keysoft I have is very old.

1. start the app and then go to the doc and find the app, do a vo shift m and
then arrow to options and enter on that, and enter on keep in doc.
2. go to the app in the apps list and hit command shift t to put it in the doc.

this useful in the long run. Try solona for captcha solving. It is very easy
and quick. I usually get the captcha solved in less than a minute.

I put Leopard back on the laptop, and downloaded the firmware update as well as
the upgrade to 10.5.8. I then tried the Snow leopard disc from my Mini, but I
received the same message. So I went out and got the retail Snow Leopard disc,
and it installed with no issue. The laptop is now
