No, not if you go to effects/amplify. IF you type -9 and check the fade box, it will in fact fade up from -9 rather than fade down to it. However, I found the solution. Here's what I did. 1. Make a selection. 2. Go to effects/fade submenu/ramp... 3. Choose your beginning percentage.

Hi to my knolige this program is a sucker for accessibility the only thing that doesn't seem to be an unknown is the media browser and even when you interact with that it says unknown you can't really tell adam from eve so to speak. That's the main app cd spen doctor seems to be accessible
