under the compose tab in mail settings where you can put the default
mail to plain text. then if yo send one that is rich text or has
attachments it will just prompt you to either stay in plain text or
convert to rich

My guess is that there's usually some kind of emergency ejection feature. Try
looking for a paper clip type button, (you know the kind I mean) and press it.

If you have a Mac mouse there is only one way to click the mouse just push it

Yep I had someone with a similar problem and they had to go to the apple
store. This is common in the older 2007 macbooks.
