I can only suggest that 2 gig of memory may not be enough for windows 7
with lots of stuff open. I personally run winXP under fusion on my
MBP. I allocate 2 gigs of memory to it and don't see any issues with

You should simply be able to transfer stuff on your iPod back into the iTunes
library. When you connect, you should receive a dialog asking if you want to
transfer them or they would otherwise be lost. Just select transfer, and
