A question about YoruFukurou

Hi all, When I interact with the drawer in YoruFukurou, sometimes it displays information about the user in question and also allows me to follow/block that person. At other times, it just says n/a. So, how can I open a particular user's information in the drawer? Any help would be appreciated.
