Call me crazy, but I really like Apple Reader for that purpose. I find it really useful. I can just open the context menu on a link on my Mac, add it to reader, and then read it later on my iPhone. I know Instapaper looks really pretty, but I'm not sure how this would benefit a VoiceOver user. I
