Brailliant BI32 not working with new Mac

Hi guys, I just purchased a new Macbook air. I need to use my braille display for work, and for some reason, it’s not working on either USB or bluetooth. I’m running latest firmware of the display and of OSX el Capitan. This is the message I get when it tries to load the bluetooth device.

Try turning the display, and Mac, off and on again. I know that's a basic step, but it usually resolves drive load problems, at least on iOS. You might also try removing the display from bluetooth (System Preferences > Bluetooth) in case it's there, letting things start from scratch. > On Nov

Thank you for the first step. But when I select the camera I do not see an import button, just the stop import. I see a checkbox that says record and when I check it the button for the stop import goes dim. How do I move beyond this window to continue importing the camera setting? Thank you
