Hi guys, I just purchased a new Macbook air. I need to use my braille display for work, and for some reason, it’s not working on either USB or bluetooth. I’m running latest firmware of the display and of OSX el Capitan. This is the message I get when it tries to load the bluetooth device.

Try turning the display, and Mac, off and on again. I know that's a basic step, but it usually resolves drive load problems, at least on iOS. You might also try removing the display from bluetooth (System Preferences > Bluetooth) in case it's there, letting things start from scratch. > On Nov

Hello Jeff, I, for one, am absolutely delighted with El Capitan. I cannot reproduce many of the bugs that some have mentioned. This may be, in part, because of the differences in the way people interact with the OS and/or applications. For instance, I think the Mail application is better
