The only issue with the insert key is that the Macintosh keyboard does not have one unless you get an extended keyboard. There is more of an issue with the caps lock key since even in a VM the Macintosh OS does not forward the caps lock to windows but instead does its thing. I wonder if this is

Be careful with these meters. Lots of them aren’t accessable themselves, and the ones I’ve tried only send the results of the test to your phone. If there is an error, for example,you are stuck-the error messages don’t get sent to the phone. Oh, and lots need a sighted person to set them up.
