I have not been on Amazon on the Mac for a while and am not sure if this is the problem you are encountering but a known problem was that they introduced a carousel of suggested items which goes around and around which many screenreaders struggle to cope with or get out of by normal navigation.

Hi Des, Did you try the script I created? For me, I set Option-n to announce the next song using my Apple Script and it works as you requested. There's about one tenth of a second break in the current song as the script does it's thing, but the announcement of the next song works. Later...
