Since Charter is now Spectrum, I find I cannot access my Charter.net
email account to at least change the password. If anyone uses a
Charter.net address, can you give me a link to where the actual email
account can be found? The Spectrum.com web site doesn't appear to be
where I need to go.
Knowing that one can set up an emergency resource that EMTs can
access on the iPhone, I wonder if there is some other mechanism they can
access if the iPhone is not available, such as a pendant or bracelet
that is tied to said information.

No Lori. Command i (Get Info) only gives you information about the
phusical drive. As I already said, use command shift c to see the list
of drives, and open your USB drive to view its contents.
