Plus Channel video trailers automatically play when focus lands on their
associated videos. This is extremely frustrating when attempting to listen

When I start media playback and VO will not stop talking, I triple press the
Home button on the Apple TV remote to immediately turn VO off; then, after a
few seconds or minute, I triple press the Home button to turn it back on.
