If you didn’t install VMWare Tools yet, then choose that option from the VM
menu to get them installed. They support folder sharing, copy-and-paste
between host and guest, and all that.
If you have them installed, then if I remember right you should find the Shrink
tab in the Control Panel

want to revert the snapshot.

I have one snapshot in my VM machine. I want to delete it so I can reclaim the
disk space. Only no matter what I do the delete options are grayed out. I
have autosnapshot set to off. I have tried both the VM running and the VM
closed. Can someone walk me through how to do this?
