Hi Mary, See if by some strange accidental press of a button, you enabled restrictions. You'll find this in settings>general>restrictions. If that has gotten turned on, that will (if the correct option is selected), make deleting apps not possible as you restricted it. HTH! Rachel. On

It does appear that the iCloud option is the only one that will work for me. I have tried rebooting. I have made sure to be locked in portrait mode, which I don't think should be necessary, but it is locked. These are not stock apps. So, I cloud here I come. I know this did not used to be
