Hi all,
I have finally updated to iOS 8.1.1 on my iPhone 4S and the experience
has been good. I am now using the Fleksy keyboard and have a few
questions.
When I use Fleksy with Voiceover turned on, VO does not interfere with
flecks. That is, it does not read aloud the keys i tap on the
keyboard
This is a bug with iOS and not Fleksy as you have found out. The
workaround is to disable autolock in settings general autolock and set
it to never.

While typing, my phone believes there is no activity happening. So auto lock

The same problem happens if you open camera from the lock screen.

Hi,
its really about confidence, and a general knowledge of the layout of the
qwerty keyboard. You just tap where you assume a letter is, knowing that 9 out
of 10 times, fleksy will know what you wanted to input. That is the beauty of
the app. I recommend practicing a little more with it
yet.

To get the best results is to try to tap the keys as fast as you can,
and let Fleksy do it's work and guess the word. Of corse it's first
