You can play any of the Ziph/Vorbis codecs, opus, flac, ogg, etc., using
either mplayer or vlc.
Yes, Apple is, and has always been, quite allergic to these open source
codecs, but I suspect this is one battle they do not win.
I've found vlc quite accessible on my Airbook. Mplayer wor

You might want to check if there is a Quicktime plugin for the codec that you
mention. Unless something has changed in recent iTunes, iTunes just uses the
QuickTIme libraries to play media.

For me, the refresh all podcasts is still down toward the bottom of the

Select My Music from within the iTunes window, then either press cmd-j or press
on the pop-over menu item just one VO-left of the grid. Once within the View

Interestingly, my software update doesn't automatically pop up so I have to do
everything manually.
I guess I'll download the latest iTunes as long as my search box is OK. Perhaps

Hmmm, well as long as I only use my radio stations playlist, I seem to be ok.
I'm afraid of trying to do any searches at this point since iTunes will likely
just crash. Seems to only be an issue when VO is running. I suspect just
copying a prior version over will not work very well. I so far hav

The songs table is there just as in previous versions of itunes. You
hit vo+rightarrow to go between the different tables such as the searc
box, sources table, songs table, ETC.
