These are all known as secondary clicks, but there is no right click on the Mac.

One other option that also works well is to set google to open search result
links in a new window. When you finish with the window, you can use Command+,
to close that page and return to the results page with your cursor right on the
link you just used.

There is no right click on a Mac. Having no Windows background, I don't even
understand what people mean by "Right click". Do they mean Control-click
perhaps? I wish people would say what they really mean such as opening a
contextual menu or whatever.
