To clarify, VMWare will boot up windows with the VMWare tools and then you choose install VMWare Tools from the Virtual Machine menu. After that it should get everything going. Unless you like narrator you might want to install Jaws/WindowEyes since the actual install is a windows app. CB Scot

Hi Anouk, In order to run Windows via Fusion, you need a Windows CD. This can't be an upgrade CD or a recovery disk. You then install Windows using that CD within Fusion. Once Windows is installed, Fusion loads the drivers you need automatically through something called VMWare tools. HTH,

Hmmm, that is curious, I have not heard that Anouk and I'm not so sure that is a good idea in any event. Best to start with a fresh install of windows. If you install windows as a VM, you can certainly make a backup of that and just copy it over itself if something becomes hosed. On Aug 22
