Hi Richard. Another site to use Facebook is m.facebook.com. I find it far more
accessible than the regular Facebook site and that combo box you speak of to
search for contacts isn't there. A normal edit box is there. You may find it a
little inaccessible but there is a remedy to that. Go to your

I just use the normal Facebook site with Safari. I definitely find it clunky
but it's accessible and has more functionality than the mobile site. The main
tricks to using it are tabbing to enter text edit fields and just pressing
enter to post your text.

I use the free version of menuTab for Facebook. It's on the mac app store.
It meets my needs fine. You can navigate posts via headings. If you find
occasionally you can't vo-space on something, try mouse keys vo-shift-space.

server. Therefore, the Messages app is no longer a viable solution for
FaceBook messaging. There are some other apps people have suggested like

It depends. What do you want to do on Facebook? Do you want to just chat with
people or look at news feeds and stuff? If just chatting, I recommend Trillian.
