the Rep was friendly and I asked if I were to order SL would I get it by

She also asked me when I purchased my Mac. I told her June 5 from

Right, but were you getting the $10 price? It sounds like you can
purchase either online or over the phone for $29, you just can't get
the $10 price. Don't get me wrong, $29 isn't a bad price, I just
think that if Apple's going to offer the $10 option, they need to
support it.
