Hi list:
I recently purchased a movie through iTunes. It says it comes with a number of
extras. They look like another movie, sort-of, but, when I select the extras,
I just hear an audio clip and an HTML page with some images comes up, but,
nothing seems immediately obvious.
Any suggestions
I'd just like to clarify for anyone who owns the itunes version of the lord of
the rings extended bundles, and an apple tv, do the itunes extras show up when
you select the movie? This doesn't show up on either my apple tv or my iphone

I have the Special Extended bundle which doesn’t appear to come with iTunes
Extras. Things to note with iTunes Extras:
1. The new version of iTunes Extras is kind of embedded into the movie. so,
the title will read “Lord of the Rings: the Fellowship of the Rings (PG) HD -
iTunes Extras
So, the latest version of extras is viewable on all your devices now?

Also how do you do this on the mac?
Go to the movie and click the Download cloud icon. You can select Download
iTunes Extras or Cancel.
I see no download option in the purchased section of the iTunes Store on my
Mac.

The age of the movie only has a part to do with it. It mostly has to do with
the studio. If they chose to update their iTunes Extras then they become
embedded in the HD movie. The Booklet style of iTunes Extra is only viewable
on your Mac unless you perform some trickery by extracting

So, if it is considered video content, you should be able to sync it across
from iTunes on your Mac to your iPhone.

i have some movies redeemed via digital copy, toy story trilogy, and ride
along, just to name a few, that when i see them in iCloud, they say the name of
the movie, followed by “iTunes extras booklet.” when i play the movie however,
